The company provides corporate clients with services in six areas: booking air travel, transfer and ground logistics, hotel accommodation, event organization, visa support, and domestic tourism. The scope of services for each order is agreed separately. Support is available 24/7.
Ordering procedure
An order is formalized on the basis of a request submitted through the website, by email, or under a contract. Once the request is received, a manager prepares a proposal. The order takes effect upon written confirmation.
Price and payment
The price of services is stated in the proposal or invoice and depends on the current rates of airlines, hotels, and other providers. No service fee is charged for booking, rebooking, or ticket refunds. The form and timing of payment are specified in the contract.
Cancellation and refunds
The terms of cancellation and refund are determined by the rates of the airline, hotel, or other service provider. The refundable amount is calculated within those rules.
Client obligations
The client shall provide complete and accurate information: passport details, travel dates, and the list of participants. Expenses arising from incorrect or late information are borne by the client.
Limitation of liability
The company is liable within the scope of the obligations it has undertaken. The company bears no liability for the decisions of third parties — airlines, hotels, or consular institutions.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logo, images, and design elements on the website belong to the company or its licensors. Copying, modifying, distributing, or republishing these materials without prior written permission is prohibited.
Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the matter is resolved in the manner provided by applicable law.
